# FAQs

**Q: Do I need to sign up to create a billboard?** A: Yes. You need to register a Content Maker account to create and manage billboards. However, your audience does not need to sign in to visit and interact with your billboard page.

**Q: Can I change my pricing after creating a billboard?** A: Yes. Click **Pricing** on any billboard in your dashboard to update the pricing model or the minimum price per ad card at any time.

**Q: Why can't advertisers book my billboard?** A: There are two common reasons:

1. Your billboard **Visibility** is set to **No** in Settings. Set it to **Yes** to make it available in the marketplace.
2. You have not yet completed your **payment configuration** (Stripe connection). Advertisers cannot confirm bookings until your payment setup is complete.

**Q: How do I know when an advertiser has booked my billboard?** A: Your dashboard shows filled and blank ad card counts for each billboard. You can expand a billboard to see the current advertiser's name on any filled ad card slot.

**Q: What happens after an advertiser books one of my ad cards?** A: Their ad copy will appear on your billboard page in the booked position once it is their turn in the booking queue. The ad card displays the earliest active booking's creative by default. New bookings are queued and appear according to the booking schedule.

**Q: Can I have multiple billboards?** A: Yes. Your free package allows up to 2 billboards. Upgrading your plan increases this limit.

**Q: What is the difference between my Content Card and my Content Links?** A: Your **Content Card** is the main piece of value your billboard is built around — the headline and content your audience unlocks by engaging with the billboard. Your **Content Links** are the curated buttons (tools, offers, resources) you add separately and which are always displayed on your billboard for your audience to click through.

**Q: What is Premiere Mode and when should I use it?** A: Premiere Mode is for content you have not yet published. It allows you to open your billboard to early sponsors before your content goes live, so you can monetize the anticipation period. Use it when you know a future publish date and want to attract advertisers ahead of your release.

**Q: Can I set my billboard to private?** A: Yes. In **Settings**, set **Visibility** to **No** to keep your billboard out of the marketplace. You can still access it yourself, and it will display a private insider view label. Change it to **Yes** whenever you are ready to go public.

**Q: What is the difference between Filled and Blank ad card slots?** A: **Filled** slots have an active advertiser booking occupying them. **Blank** slots are open and available for advertisers to book. Your dashboard shows both counts for each billboard at a glance.

**Q: What happens to my billboard if I delete my Stripe account?** A: Disconnecting Stripe while active bookings, payouts, or subscriptions are in place can break payment flows for both you and your advertisers. Always ensure all balances are settled and no active obligations remain before disconnecting.

**Q: How are ads reviewed before appearing on my billboard?** A: Advertisers submit their ad creatives for review before they can book. Only approved ads are eligible for booking on your billboard. You do not need to manually approve individual ads — the platform handles the review process.

**Q: How do I share my billboard with my audience?** A: Each billboard has a unique **Link Blank number** visible on its card in your dashboard (displayed as "Link Blank #\[number]"). Share this number or your billboard's URL anywhere you distribute your content — in your posts, videos, bio, or captions — to direct your audience to your billboard page.
