# FAQs

\
**Q: Do I need an account to view billboards?** A: No — billboards are publicly accessible. However, you must be logged in as an Advertiser to book an ad slot or submit an ad creative.

**Q: Can I use the same ad creative on multiple billboards?** A: Yes. Once an ad creative is approved, it becomes available to select in any booking you make, across any billboard, for as long as it remains in your library.

**Q: Why is my ad not showing on the billboard immediately after I book?** A: Each ad card slot operates on a queue. Your ad will be displayed when it is your booking's designated turn. The slot always shows the earliest active booking's creative first. There is no action needed on your end — your placement is secured and will appear in turn.

**Q: What happens if the billboard owner has not completed their payment setup?** A: If a billboard's owner has not completed the necessary configuration on their end, you will see a notice when attempting to book that slot, and the booking will not be available until the owner resolves the issue.

**Q: Can I edit my ad creative after it has been approved?** A: Yes, you can edit an approved ad at any time. However, edited ads re-enter the review process and will show as **Pending** again until they are reviewed.

**Q: What does "Ad Title (Internal only)" mean on the ad creation form?** A: The ad title is a private label for your own organizational purposes — it helps you identify and search for your ad within your Ad Library. It is not displayed publicly on the billboard to visitors.

**Q: I see a "Sticker" option — what is the difference between a sticker and a real booking?** A: A sticker is a temporary, removable preview. It lets you visualize how your creative would look in a specific ad card slot without committing to a purchase. It will not persist on the billboard permanently. A confirmed, paid booking is required to secure your ad placement.

**Q: What are the pricing models I might encounter?** A: Billboards on Link Blank may operate under different pricing structures as set by the Content Maker — commonly **Per Hour**, where your booking duration determines cost. The pricing model and minimum price are always shown clearly before you confirm any booking, so there are no surprises.

**Q: Why is the "Reserve Next Window" button grayed out?** A: Next Window Booking is a premium feature available on higher package tiers. If the button is inactive, your current package does not include this feature. Upgrading your package will unlock it.

**Q: What should I do if my ad is rejected?** A: Read the rejection note displayed on the ad card in your Ad Library. It will explain what needs to be addressed. Update your creative accordingly and resubmit, or create a new ad. Ensure your ad copy follows platform content guidelines — avoid disturbing, misleading, or inappropriate content.

**Q: Can I have both a Content Maker and Advertiser role?** A: The registration page notes that you can explore both roles. For specific details on multi-role access under your account, check your account settings or contact support.
